Presentation of the project
Phase 2 of the redevelopment of the former Boucicaut hospital
The site is developed to the west of the 15th arrondissement of about 3 hectares, the influence of former Boucicaut hospital.
Sustainable development , this project integrates high environmental requirements : energy performance of buildings and management of water resources ( development of solar panels for hot water ) .
Pilot operation biodiversity : public and private spaces s vegetated , chosen according to the urban plant species, 3,500 m2 of green roofs .
The first two buildings constructed have already been rewarded by getting two certifications: HPE label 2005 & Environment 2000 Habitat .

> Setting the profile of sustainable development of eco-district : definitions and annual monitoring of themes, issues and requirement levels
> Conducting a Sustainability cell ZAC
> Writing specifications specific environmental costs for each lot
> Assistance in choosing construction crews
> Mounting aid of grant applications , obtaining labels, and writing specifications extra charges
> Monitoring of environmental requirements in phases studies , work
> Performance assessment 1 year after delivery.
