Presentation of the project

Along the boulevards, this project aims to upgrade a former convent estate by proposing an innovative housing and services program.
Based on a coliving and coworking offer, this program is set in a large wooded park and aims to create a landscape sequence along the boulevards.
Around the renovation of the central building, the project includes the construction of 3 R+6 buildings around a base housing the services dedicated to the community of inhabitants: restaurants, fitness, etc.
From an environmental point of view, this operation will be certified BREEAM housing, a first in Bordeaux .

> Flat roofs to attenuate the urban heat island,

> Biosourced and recycled materials,
> Rainwater recovery for non-potable uses (watering, washing, sanitary),
