Presentation of the project
To respond to market developments, the Société des Bains de Mer has undertaken a heavy restructuring program to increase customer comfort . The hotel will win 10,000 m2, including 6,000 m2 for rooms, interventions by the shell and bulkheads . This adaptation of the existing allow developer to integrate an environmental approach to the " BREEAM " certification very good level.
