Project Presentation

In the southern part of the project Ardoines, ZAC Gare Ardoines organizes a mixed neighborhood on economic issues around a metropolitan scale multimodal center.
In this strategic sector will cross the new north-south and east-west (over the Seine and railways), holders of TCSP lines and the RER C and the future Grand Paris Express, forming a modal node of importance mainland.
Around this communications hub, the project involves the construction of approximately 600,000 m2 of floor area, of which about 67% devoted to economic functions (offices, businesses, shops), particularly in relation to Sanofi and biotechnology, and 33% residential functions (housing, equipment).
Eventually, this area will be about 21,300 jobs and 4,200 homes.
