Presentation of the project
This winner of the contest " EDF Low Carbon " 2011 grapples with urban issues in the context of industrial wasteland .
Located in a green neighborhood of 100 ha , the program includes the construction of a mixed housing block 120 matches for relocation of a house and an urban park . All results in a compact block that occupies the entire field and superimposed functions in a single volume : 5 parking levels in the basement , a commercial base, 120 units arranged in front and erect 3 blocks on the roof . Cutting the volume promotes natural ventilation and daylight penetration .
