Project Presentation
Building an eco-neighborhood on the edge of large Berges Park ZAC des Docks, near the city center, combining social mix and diversity of use.
This welcome new eco housing on a base incorporating a nursery and a restaurant.

Environmental strategies
> Reduced energy needs bioclimatic design,
> Interaction with the environment to create a structured landscape system around a composition into strips
> Managing stormwater alternatives (green roof, rainwater recovery for maintenance outdoor spaces)
> Independent technical system to enable scalability in time
> Use value of outdoor spaces (private gardens in the DRC, networks internal channels highlighted by vegetation, clustering parking lots, etc.)
