Ecological transition and quality of the housing environment

The Economic, social and environmental Council adopted, on April 17th of this year, an entitled notice " The quality of the housing environment, the environmental condition of the well-being and to live best together ". He(it) makes it 26 recommendations to improve the housing environment which lean on the innovations of the energy transition and a role increased for to the inhabitants.
