Climate in Aquitaine
Planning for action
The report on climate change in New Aquitaine published by AcclimaTerra is a pioneering work in France that describes the impacts of climate change in New Aquitaine at all levels: biodiversity, natural resources, landscape, etc.
A second report will be published next June, supplementing the findings and proposing solutions.
Regional Scientific Committee on Climate Change, AcclimaTerra brings together 21 scientists from academic circles in the New Aquitaine region and is chaired by climatologist Hervé Le Treut (Professor at Sorbonne University, director of the Pierre Simon Laplace Institute, participating in the first five IPCC reports).
