An alarming report
"The world is facing an invisible water quality crisis that reduces by a third the potential economic growth of heavily polluted areas and threatens human and environmental well-being," warns the World Bank in a recent report Unknown Quality: the invisible water crisis.
In view of the situation, the World Bank asks the public authorities to give "immediate attention" to the subject.
