Presentation of the project

Spécialisée dans l’hygiène corporel, la société algérienne Faderco a décidé de construite son nouveau siège, une tour de 11 étages et de 4 niveaux de parkings en sous-sol, dans le quartier d’affaire Bab Ezzouar, à l’est d’Alger.
Plaçant la qualité au centre de sa démarche, Faderco a souhaité inscrire le projet de ses nouveaux bureaux dans une démarche environnementale poussée, s’appuyant tout à la fois sur une conception bioclimatique, une maîtrise des consommations énergétiques et des consommations d’eau, une adaptation au changement climatique.

La Tour Faderco sera le deuxième bâtiment tertiaire certifié BREEAM en Algérie, après le bâtiment Atlas, en construction.
